Worst customer service. Cashier forgot to charger me for a slice of cheese so when my food came out they held it untill I paid the 53 cents. And on top of that there wasn't any cheese on the sandwich instead they put chesse sauce on the side and took it off my tray. Definitely need a better way to handle situations.

This young lady just empty the trash can tied the bag up proceeded to put the hot sticker on my boxes of food grabbed paper towels and bagged my food up. I told her I just watched you empty the trash and you went straight to bag the food up she said" ooookkk" Like are you kidding me that was wild she didn't see nothing wrong with that. I would like to add that the review is about the service. The food was freshly cooked even though they were about to close. So I appreciate that part. This is only a customer service review... I'm not asking for a red carpet, welcome, but the girl in the drive-through window did not speak, only gave me my total for the order, and ultimately handed me my food... No, thank you, no have a nice evening, nothing...

This ain't it. Dave's Hot Chicken looks amazing in pictures but left us very underwhelmed. Not sure if we went on an off day.. The chicken wasn't very juicy or tender. Flavor was also a let down. Fries were ok. Mac n cheese was watery? See the picture for reference. It was more like cheese noodle soup.

Price point is too high for what you get. Two strips and cheese fries were $15. That did not include a drink. And they barely drizzled any cheese on the fries, which were mediocre. They're clearly cost cutting. Could not taste the cheese and should've just gotten it without. The chicken was pretty good but too many other food options out there for better value.

Do not be a fool. Do not read "sliders" and think its the size of Hawaiian roll sliders The sliders are full size chicken sandwiches. So this is your first warning. Also, do not be brave and get anything above Hot. Your butthole will feel like the devil is exiting through it later on. The heat is severe. Again, here is your second warning. The portions are huge. I went here because it's all over TikTok. I wanted to see what the hype was about..... Absolutely not!!!!!! Do not stop here.... I went twice and both times the food was nasty !!!!!
