Always great service at this location. We ordered Dave's Bites and they were made fresh to order. Also try the Fruit Punch slushie ...very refreshing!
Lorren was the best, service was great ! Would definitely recommend and I'll be coming back.
I took my two sons to get the free chicken promotion for Dave's Day, but it was a complete disaster. We waited outside in line for 20 minutes, and not a single employee bothered to tell anyone that you had to download an app to get the deal. Once we finally got inside, the app barely worked half the time, and there was only one cashier working during a huge rush. What's the point of offering free chicken if you make it this frustrating for families to get? Totally not worth the hassle.

I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the quality of my order. I work for Bank of America and decided to use Dave's Hot Chicken for a networking event. I placed the order several days in advance and, on the day of pickup, called the restaurant simply to make sure everything was still on schedule. I come here at least once every 2 weeks and the night crew has stopped putting the spice/sauce onto the cauliflower wings and mozzarella sticks. They're definitely skipping quality checks. It's disappointing to spend 40.00 on a order that's half done

It was a worm in my daughters food and we still was not given a refund like a full video in my food of a worm and I have 3 kids that ate that food like I'm disgusted I wish I could just give this store a thumbs down all around

Im writing about Dave's berry red bull slush I'm not even trying to be dramatic but this was genuinely so bad Red bull is my favorite Energy Drink i love every flavor I've tried every Red Bull fast food infusion imaginable and I've never had a complaint, so I was actually really excited to try this.
