i have ordered from dhc at least 4 times this past week alone, the location on Durango and ft Apache. in Las Vegas Nevada. and 2 of the 4 my hot spice does not taste hot at all. I don't know if the employees are messing up my order or if it is with the flavoring used. last month I ordered only 3 times but of those 3 one was not tasting hot as it should have been. slider meat was the size of a chicken nugget and the slice of wonder bread??? What for ? The fries had too many pickles and the bathrooms were disgusting, it was mid overall, service was ok , the tenders were big but I would hope so for $5 each

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to the staff was horrible very unwelcoming and rude the wait for the food was over 20 minutes for old soggy food and when I was waiting I seen multiple cockroaches

This was by far one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I've ever had. The staff, particularly a group of Hispanic employees, openly spoke negatively about customers in Spanish, assuming no one could understand them. I happen to speak Spanish and was shocked at the disrespectful comments being made about guests immediately after addressing them in English. It was blatant, constant, and incredibly inappropriate. Slow customer service the workers at the counter ask for tips. Place does have a cool atmosphere I like Houston hot chicken better to be honest

Ordered delivery from Dave's a few times love the food in the past never had any problems Till today on Father's Day but I waiting 2 hours to no delivery. Contacted restaurant customer service they spoke no English. Im assuming the Door dasher took the food order and cancelled it on the app to keep the food. I'm very disappointed having to wait a few business days to get my money back. Do better.

Every time I'm at the drive thru they manage to mess up my order in one way or another and I don't notice it until I'm home. Got mild chicken tenders and my mouth has been burning one bite in as in I got the spiciest one. Threw it all out. Good food but horrible customer service.

Food was good, no complaints there . Customer service on the other hand ? horrible. I didn't catch her name , but younger girl with dark hair was so rude . no smile , strong attitude, placed our food on the table aggressively, and no acknowledgement when we thanked her anyways. Yet proceeded to smile and treat the table next to us warmly. All we did was kindly ask her for some sauce at the counter. Not very fair and felt targeted.
