My Order is not complete im missing my slider for my #3 order and my side of mac and cheese, and service is not professional they all rude specially the person in the drive tru at this location on 5/11 at 8pm please dont ever do this again make sure your customer is always happy!!!!

Every time I order food from here it's a disappointment. I order 3 sandwiches and they give me 1 sauce ... I am not sure who is packing the orders, but they need to make sure they are putting the condiments in there. There are so many chicken places out here, it I wanted to eat plain chicken I would go to a competitor that is closer. I go out of my way to get Dave's and they keep falling short! It's a simple fix! Management, please do a refresher with your team or create a checklist of what should be included in each order.

Been to this Dave's a few times but today was baffling asking for a Tip at the drive-thru was ridiculous. Dave's revenues are well over $450 million...a 1 billion dollar business. Perhaps they need to increase their employees wages. A tip at a drive thru???? Smh... lost my business for sure

I almost cancelled my order. If I wasn't with a group, I would've just cancelled and left. I understand that with fresh food there comes a wait, but I think they need to figure out a new system. It should not take 40 mins for 2 things, it seems like they were prioritizing the drive through and forgetting about all the dine in customers. It's also really uncomfortably warm inside. food was not bad but we ordered extra pickles none on the slider all on the side and we didn't receive a single one, if you order chicken tenders ask for sauce and honey they are really dry without it. we waited at the window for 15 minutes but the fries were cold when we received them.

I have never seen a place be so stingy with sauce and honey This is not the first or second or sadly even the third time I have gone and spent over $60 and I get 2 packets of Dave's sauce and 3 honey ??? Really . Won't be back I learned my lesson
