Way to go Amanda, she really made me feel welcomed, as well as offering suggestions on a combo even going as far as going to ask the manager a question that I hadn't even thought about thankful she went to ask!!! It's people like her that really brand companies, people like her that will be the reason people decide to come back to certain locations. Thanks Amanda!
A friend and I were out and about deciding on what to eat. Luckily we came across Dave's hot chicken! Upon walking in, we were greeted by Micah. Her customer service was amazing! Super helpful and sweet. Her vibe definitely made the experience great. And the food was amazing!
Okay, a few complaints: the girl answering on the drive thru box was very annoying because she couldn't answer a single question coherently. The 4 piece sliders included 3 pieces of chicken. So one slider was bread and slaw only. The fries were cooked half way. Very disappointed with this locations quality considering my regular location never misses. Amanda H deserves a raise, a corner office, and a parade down Clark Ave First time at the Lakewood location and I walked in with the confidence of a man who absolutely did not know what he was doing. Numbers on a menu? Spice levels with names like a threat assessment? I was cooked before the chicken was. Enter Amanda. My first time here and Zeke the cashier provided great service and good recommendations for food. His service made my experience 10 times better, food was great and restaurant was clean. Will definitely be coming back.
Katelyn had great customer service since the moment I walked into the store :) they had my order out in no time
Update. Management FINALLY put things on the bottoms of the chair legs. No more screeching. My favorite quick food place.

SECOND REVIEW FOR THIS LOCATION! My boys and I came today for lunch. We went through the drive-through... The lady that took our order and helped us at the window was Katelyn. She was so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately there was an incident in the restaurant at this time. My children and I could hear from OUTSIDE IN OUR CAR four women becoming very upset and verbally abusing Katelyn due to them not serving alcohol on a Monday at 12:30....
