I had an amazing experience at Dave's Hot Chicken thanks to Dilan! His customer service was absolutely excellent--friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. He made sure everything was perfect with my order and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience like Dilan does. Give this man a raise! I'll definitely be coming back!
Stopped today Amanda the cashier she was very attentive super nice! No complaints on the food either
My daughter and I were greeted right away as we walked in by Amanda. Super friendly and we went with her recommendations as it was our first time there. My daughter Loves the food!!!! She got medium hot for the chicken. There is a warm feeling inside. Amazing story on how the restaurant was made!! Thank you Amanda!!!!!
