I asked for a refund since I had to leave, but they made it right by giving me a free meal plus my refund! Thus, restoring my faith for this franchise! They gave me a medium spiced chicken strip with pickles, bread, and fries. The chicken was definitely good!! Thanks again Dave's Hot Chicken, I will definitely be back

Love the fried cauliflower sliders! Amanda was friendly and attentive! Like the feature of the screen showing your order status!
Marquees service was a 10/10 such a good work and customer service , very helpful once it comes to being a first timer
The service was excellent, the chicken was fantastic. My only warning is that please be careful with the Hot spice level. It's actually hot . I will be back but for the mild one!

They accidentally put coleslaw on my sandwhich but manager gave me a free shake so W. W place W workers
