Ordered for take home had the two piece tender meal medium heat with the side of macaroni and cheese order was ready on time and was fresh.
The food is always on point and orders are always correct, HOWEVER every time my husband and I order online and ask for condiments we are met with rude stares from staff and are ignored every time at the pickup counter even if we tip. Not sure if it's forbidden to order online from there but it's always an issue getting our order and getting helped out by staff. The overall ambiance is nice if you do choose to eat there.

30 minutes is wayyyy too long to wait for food. I don't even have to wait that long at a sit down restaurant. That being said, food was piping hot and delicious. Staff was very friendly. For a place that only has one menu item id expect it to be faster but at least the food was good.
Can order on the iPad or by person! Short line and staff is nice and helpful when choosing spice level and menu items. The vibe is cool, nice for family or friends.
The food was awesome! I got the #3 combo, extra spicy and the flavors were on point! Overall, the service was awesome as well with super friendly staff. My only complaint and the only reason I gave it 4 stars was the manager. Prior to her leaving, she was speaking very rudely to her staff to the point of belittlment. Walked in for lunch to see what the talk was always about and had to judge for myself. Setting was small only about 10 tables inside and not much room for people waiting for food. (Gave up table to a family of 4 as I was ordering take out and got hollered at the counter was only for online order pickup.) Waited 25 minutes for order. Ordered lite mild and mild just to get a feel for the flavor of what "Nashville chicken" was and their spice blend leaves a lingering taste which I just didn't happen to be a fan of. Maaaaaaan there's something crazy addictive about this place! Definitely recommend! They have different levels of spice which is convenient for those who don't like spice and the hottest has a kick to it!
Amazing. This weeks visit. Looking forward to my usual. Amazing amazing amazing. I usually get one slider with fries. Nothing else. Staff is nice.
