I got their top loaded spicy buffalo fries and they were a 10/10. Recently they added mozzarella sticks and the first one I bit into was fine, 7/10 but cold. Then I reached for another one and it was empty inside...Then I checked the rest and they were also empty, lol.

I love Dave's hot chicken, however this location has never once left me satisfied with my purchase. Whether it be missing items or taking more than an hour on my order, something always seems to be wrong at this specific location. I have given this location multiple chances to prove me wrong, but it continues to disappoint me. In today's instance, they were out of honey and that is a huge let down.

i waited 20 minutes for sliders. it was cold when I received it. and had almost no chicken on it. wth?
the food is just as good as the service especially after this drink im boutta bag, every time we leave a we get some free shit

Price is affordable.

Multiple times I've ordered here the service has always been so bad. First time the wait was over an hour before they realized they gave my order to someone else. This last time they told me they were still working on it after waiting for 20 minutes, only to realize after another 20 that it's been sitting on their counter the whole time. Never coming back to this location again. Just inexcusably bad every time

No sense of urgency, order was taken, went to get gas , came back still waited another 10 minutes to get my food. Manager Abraham, finally came to the front, no apology, just handed me my food, and sent me on my way. You want to wait over 30 minutes for food, this is your spot!!
