I'm waiting for my food, which has been almost an hour. I ordered online because this place takes a long time to prepare meals. This isn't the first complaint; every time I visit, they get my order wrong or miss items, and I end up driving back to the restaurant to get my order right. To the owners, please improve your service--I would hate to stop coming here. Thanks to the Yelp reviewers, and I hope everyone has a great rest of their day!
I ordered a combo meal at Dave's Hot Chicken and ended up waiting over 40 minutes, which is far beyond what would be considered reasonable for a fast-casual restaurant. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing staff in the kitchen casually chatting and laughing while orders were clearly delayed. Horrible experience poor taste nasty fries and chicken way to salty and got my food wrong and workers will give you attitude not worth it to be honest. Will never be coming back to this lighting of a scenery again. Plus after taste is like chemicals that just sit terribly

Waited 40 minutes for food after ordering from kiosk. I don't mind waiting during busy hours but here is my main complaint: Employee took out the trash with bare hands and took it to dumpster. After that, I watched said employee come inside and NOT wash hands after taking out the trash, then proceeded to check orders with the same hands he used to take out the trash. Got my food and my chicken was burnt. Slow service and unclean.

After getting a $15 coupon code I had no choice but to go back since I did not get a refund like I wanted. I go back today was the first person. To my surprise Stephanie said they are out of mozzarella. Defeats the purpose of going. So I got the 2pc tender and fries. Awful experience. Waited 54 minutes to get my order of 2 mozzarella and fries. Once I got my order I took a bite and I was pissed! No freaking cheese but a nail size? WTF!!! So I tried my second one and the same thing? Since the mozzarella is going viral I get you are busy but do not try to cheat people by the amount of cheese in the breading? Usually, they would get five stars but this particular day they get 1. I think my picture will tell it all I work down the street from this restaurant and myself and my coworkers come there a lot so I guess I should just be happy that even though nasty and look nasty I got a free drink for it
