went to Tudes hot chicken yesterday to try it out I'm sorry it may be all the rage but it's just another fast food place and it's not that great. The greatest thing about the places you can get something to eat for $6.99 with a drink $12.99 for one person so it's cheap compared to everything else. Order took over 30 mins cooks did not prioritize customers waiting. There was no mention of a wait time. I was not even offered free food after waiting 35 mins and missing my lunch. I left hungry after waiting 35 mins and I am diabetic. I asked for a refund, left quietly and ONE OF THE COOKS WITH SHORT HAIR STARTED HECKLING ME ON THE WAY OUT which is what prompted me to write this review

I'm waiting for my food, which has been almost an hour. I ordered online because this place takes a long time to prepare meals. This isn't the first complaint; every time I visit, they get my order wrong or miss items, and I end up driving back to the restaurant to get my order right. To the owners, please improve your service--I would hate to stop coming here. Thanks to the Yelp reviewers, and I hope everyone has a great rest of their day!

I ordered a combo meal at Dave's Hot Chicken and ended up waiting over 40 minutes, which is far beyond what would be considered reasonable for a fast-casual restaurant. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing staff in the kitchen casually chatting and laughing while orders were clearly delayed. Horrible experience poor taste nasty fries and chicken way to salty and got my food wrong and workers will give you attitude not worth it to be honest. Will never be coming back to this lighting of a scenery again. Plus after taste is like chemicals that just sit terribly
