Scheduled my order for a later time and I still waited for about 45 minutes Just for the food to be incorrect. Wasn't even busy just incompetent workers. Like who's hiring these people ?
Do not go on a Friday evening. Total disappointment. Placed my order at 7:45pm at the counter for dine in, walked out at 8:14pm with a refund of $45.41. Complete chaos watching the staff trying to take on in person orders and organize online/app orders. Was told three times my order was being worked on. I can only assume my order was lost in the sea of tickets.
Your food is great but your service sucks. I used to like Dave's mobile online ordering because it was quick but now every time I place my order, I wait 30 minutes to head out to get it because I know my order is not going to be ready 10 minutes after I place the order because your workers decide to barely start making my order once I get there. If I wanted to wait longer than I would of just drove there and ordered and waited in person but you offer online ordering so it can be ready by the time I get there so I don't wait.... read more
Felipe who was working at 1am on Saturday January 11th is very rude not sure if he is a shift manager but they don't prioritize walk in orders they didn't take my order completely didn't give a wait time when it was over a 30 minute wait when it wasn't many customers inside i understand it was close to closing time but as a overnight worker myself that's no excuse for poor service. Super slow for food to come out... 10 full tables of people sitting here.. waiting... not one eating. Way too long a wait for a takeout chicken place.
Picked up our 4 trays of food yesterday for a party, half the group got really bad food poisoning. Not a great experience
This is my first comment, and I hope this is the last. First of all, I'm a big fan of Dave's chicken. This is my first time coming to this place. I placed two tenders and a ten-piece chicken bites order and waited almost an hour just standing there. I even saw some customers come after and they got the food. I checked them three times for the order, and the answer is that they are preparing. It doesn't take an hour to fry the chicken. Finally, I didn't get the food instead I refunded it.
This location is so dirty I took pictures and I had to ask for our table to be cleaned You would think with the prices you pay it would be cleaner
Don't order their ice drinks no favor and tasted like ice water . Ask the manger to taste it and he said no got my money back! Instead of them trying to fix the flavor seems like the manger didn't want to deal with the issue .. company needs to hire better employees with professionalism without us customers yall would have no job
