The chicken wasnt all that I'm not sure if it was because I got the medium spice level chicken the pickles looked weird and had a weird taste and the price for what I saw was not justifiable.
I used to tell everyone I know about Dave's from when they first opened their location on Harriman in San Bernardino but as the years have gone by, this place has gone absolutely downhill. I placed an online order and it said would be ready by 6:45. Order was not given to us until 7:20. We asked multiple times about our order and each time, they did not give us a time estimate but instead they just told us to keep waiting. There were two people ahead of me. It took over 20 minutes to get my food. They definitely care more about phone orders than a person walking in. My first and last time going to this location!
Took over an hour to get an online order they prioritize delivery orders at least that's what it seemed like I ordered 2 tenders and fries with 10 piece bites I didn't get any honey napkins or utensils in bag when I included it on my order to have all those things in the bag and the spice was ridiculous I got medium and it was terrible way hotter than it should of been not even enjoyable it was not worth the wait definitely won't be going back to this location again but I mean their chicken was cooked through and coated pret... read more
I was craving something spicy before work. I ordered online and was quoted a pickup time. About thirty minutes after my quoted pickup time my order was still not ready. Having to go to work I asked the girl behind the counter to cancel my order and issue a refund. She was nice about it and gave me a receipt. My credit card was never refunded! first time i've gone back after receiving raw chicken a couple weeks ago and honestly this store has showed me pure laziness. it's even hard for me to think about going back due to the incidents that keep happening. not even the basics can be done . i almost find it ridiculous how can you forget the main piece from a chicken sandwich... no matter how busy it is .. what is that?
The food wasn't ready until 740. Pick up time was for 7:12 the online pick up location inside the store is a fire hazard. Way too many people waiting around and when your name is called people are rude and block the way. Won't come back to this location ever again. The only person that's actually doing anything is the manager. The inside also smells like toilet water.
Food was good but the past two times ive been here the wait has been 40+ minutes. Its at the point where the manager has given free drinks and slushies while we wait. i ordered one combo for myself. (the number 2) go to any other daves hot chicken to get good food but this one is no good.
Went here to dine in and waited 25 minutes for my ordered and it never came out. Went to ask twice about it and said it was next yet people that ordered after me received their food before me and they were only taking care of the To Go orders, horrible service. When I went to cancel my order they did not apologize or anything for this inconvenience m. Would not recommend
