usually daves has been really good never had an issue with the chicken. usually i get loaded fries today i placed an order around 10:30ishpm on uber eats my driver told me it was really busy so he had to wait over an hour to get the food & then i get my food and i take a bit into the chicken and its raw . not fully but it still felt rubbery and it was very glossy couldn't show it in the picture too way but definitely gross . i get it, rush hour is crazy but damn serving raw chicken is crazier .
Food is great but i put in an online order at 6:20pm and still had to wait over 45 minutes for the food. The customer service is sub-par at best with most of the employees being rude and the manager rushing customers through their order. Also every-time someone opens the door a fan kicks on that blows receipts and napkins everywhere.
I ordered my food online at 12:40 I waited patiently constantly reminding them because on the app it said 12:50 it would be ready. The worker name jesus was laughing and not paying attention to the orders when he visibly saw I was mad he decided to play a prank by not giving me my food. This place is dirty. Everything in this place is dirty. Couple hours after eating it I was so nauseous and my stomach just bubbling. I knew better than to eat there after looking around.
Super long wait times very often. I come here a lot and it's a 45-1 hour wait time often. They pump out online orders but have the dine in waiting for an hour. Lobby is always full with people standing. Always only 2 people in the back.
Dave's hot chicken used to be on point. Unfortunately they have gone downhill. Just read my pervious review as we were big fans. They are giving smaller portions/pieces of chicken and they ain't hitting like they use to. Look at all my previous pics they used to be worth the price. The food is great and I give that a 5 star! But the customer service is not that great and last time I was here and picked up food to go and got home to our sandwiches having no cheese and I paid for cheese to be added on all our sandwiches! Plus I had no coleslaw in it!!! On top of that they forgot the sauce that comes with each order and they barely had fries in the box! I was so annoyed when I got home! If you're a DoorDash I do not recommend you picking up from this location! I've picked up orders from here multiple times and all times had to wait 20mins+ not to mention the cashiers are rude asf.
It took a whole hour for my food to be ready when I ordered online, horrible. That drove me nuts after a 9 hour work day, I know they're busy but an hour is pretty ridiculous
