TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Cauliflower Burger! Wow! Just bring in vegan cheese and this place will have double the business
Today I tried for the first time Dave's NOT chicken. Which is a piece of cauliflower instead of chicken. It was so tasty and tender did not disappoint. If you look into try something new, give us a try. I bet you'll be back again. Sorry, no pictures. I ate it too fast.
Food is always hot! Great customer service and their Cauliflower is so darn good! Would've gotten 5 stars, but this time they burnt some of the Cauliflower. Overall pretty good every time!

The food here is great! I've tried all their heat levels, and they're pretty accurate with the spice--no surprises. The prices are on the higher side, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality and consistency. The workers are friendly and professional, always acknowledging customers even when busy cleaning. this was my second time coming to a Dave's Hot Chicken and I was very impressed. my first experience was at a different location in another city and the service here in Menifee was exponentially better! the food is great and everyone we saw working is very friendly and helpful! Definitely a new favorite place to grab lunch.
