TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

First time trying this place. We got the mild chicken sandwich, cheddar fries, and Mac and cheese. We were very impressed with the quality of the food. Everything was delicious! Next time I will get medium and not mild though. Mild had no spice (heat wise) in my opinion.

My girlfriend just opened a business in Menifee and we thought we would try something different last weekend and again today while we were working to get it open soon. We both had never had Dave's hot chicken before and we're both very impressed. Will continue to go back.

Love this place. Come once a week for lunch! Best chicken hands down in the area. Downside, it's pricey, but what isn't these days? Highly recommend!
