Honestly it's the best. The spicier the better. Such good service and such great chicken. The inside of the restaurant is so fun. My only complaint is how come they're not in Austin, Texas! But I would drive all the way to Chicago for it.
Ordered online and picked up the slider and tender combo meal. Here's why only 3 stars: Online ordering easy, timely completion on point, packaging of food protects crispness, staff polite and friendly, place is clean., the texture is great and the quality of the meat itself as a raw material is high, and the portions are very generous so great value for your money. I ordered the sliders and a side of mac, and I most certainly will be going back for more. The chicken was juicy and incredibly flavorful. Texture, crunch, heat, a hint of sweet -- this is everything I want in chicken!
My family's new favorite local spot, lots of spice options and delicious! Meals are also good sized for the price. Will definitely be back here.

Best damn chicken in Chicago. Beats all the other fried chicken places in the city. The location is great because there's plenty of parking and plenty of seating and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Prices are right, quality is top notch, and portions are generous! The staff here is friendly and professional as well.

I love going to Nashville just to eat their famous Hot chicken but I'm glad now we don't have to go that far to eat some. This was my first time visiting Dave's but definitely won't be the last. I really enjoyed my meal and the food came out very fast despite them been so busy specially with to go orders. If you craving some for some hot chicken this is the place to come in the city.

I want to give a shout out to the sweet & funny workers at this location for helping me out w the spice level!!
