I love going to Nashville just to eat their famous Hot chicken but I'm glad now we don't have to go that far to eat some. This was my first time visiting Dave's but definitely won't be the last. I really enjoyed my meal and the food came out very fast despite them been so busy specially with to go orders. If you craving some for some hot chicken this is the place to come in the city.

TX SHAWTYTTY stopping by to say this sh** slaps!!!!!! Hahaha I made to move out to ChiTown in late 2018 & had heard great stuff about this place since I made the move up from TX! Well first off... I want to give a shout out to the sweet & funny workers at this location for helping me out w the spice level!! Is Dave's 5*? No. It's a hot chicken place but we all know that low ratings can kill a location. I finally had a chance to try their excellent chicken today, opting for 2 tenders (hot and very hot) and the slaw. All of these were great, with the very hot having a nice kick. I'd definitely go back again.

Delicious food! And a good amount for the price! Tenders are a decent size and come with a generous portion of fries. I love spicy food but got the mild just to be safe--can definitely level it up next time! Love the multiple spice level options! Will be ordering again

GIVE ME SOME LA!!!! IM FROM LOS ANGELES. Just know y'all winning in Chicago now. Dave's forever SLAPPIN. This is our go to where I'm from. Pulled up last night. It hits exactly the way it do in LA. Just can't miss. I was dancing while eating cus I felt at home. To me - no I'm not too interested or hyped on Chicago food. Happy y'all lit now .

Pretty good chicken. We ordered take out and ate it when we got home. It was a little soggy but still quite tasty. The Mac & cheese was ok. I would come back again for the chicken and it it there so it's freshly made. Fries were seasoned well. When we went the place was packed. But the wait wasn't bad.

So it's suuuper delicious, and super fast (like whoa, whiplash fast) - but whyyy is it so expensive?? (My friend said it's due to the chicken shortage?!). Honestly - one tender is like $4.50! That's... a lot, right? That being said, it really does taste good, the staff is very nice and polite, and the food comes out really quickly. Oh, and halal for you fellow muslims out there :) But I wish it wasn't so pricey! My husband and I got this for delivery to start off the New Year and avoid going out in the snow. It hit the spot! We were both pleasantly surprised. The quality of chicken went noticed. The portions were great and the spice level, perfect. Would certainly order again!
