I used to live near the original location and was really excited to check out their expansion to Chicago. Simply amazing service and dedication of their product. The staff is amazing and really are setting the standard for a different level of service. While I likely won't be getting this too often, it's certainly gonna be a place I go to treat myself.

This place is all the craze over tiktok and I'm so happy they opened up a spot in the city. Their other location is in Naperville - too far. I haven't had chicken this good in a long long time. I think this place is better than Budlong if we're being honest. Staff was so kind - they greet everyone coming in the door by yelling, "Welcome to Dave's!" #3: Portions are HUGE! This is my reference point for hot chicken in Chicago. Exactly what I'm looking for. I got the tenders, hot, and the flavor, breading and quality of chicken was just what I was looking for. My only wish is they open a location closer to the loop so I can get it more often.

Love this place. I've been here multiple times and the food is Hot and Made Fresh to Order! The employees always have a great attitude and the place is clean. Lots of pride here. I'm very happy that it has come to our local community. Highly recommend the Hot or Extra Hot spices. The Mac and cheese is pretty good as well!

This place is awesome! The extra hot fried chicken was so hot and I love hot stuff. I would definitely stick with the medium and maybe the hot next time! We got the tender and sandwich both amazing!

Dave's gives you a lot of food for the price. Sliders/tenders are a good portion and usually end up eating my tender or other slider to go. Love the sauce and spice on the chicken does not disappoint. Staff we're super accommodating and made sure our table was taken care of.

Lotta hype for this place. My friend told me this spot in LA and San Diego is amazing. Came here for lunch. Love the simple menu and simplicity of this place. Hot chicken has taken over, you see it everywhere. And this place didn't really stand out much. I didnt go too hot actually went mild and medium which were not spicy at all. I will come back to try the spicier flavors although there are soo many better options in chicago : Roost, Lucys, Parsons, Big Boss...
