TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Yummmmmy. Definitely worth taking the time to visit the restaurant! The workers were very interactive and nice, leading to a pleasant dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing and lived up to the expectations that I had. The extra hot sliders were absolutely amazing, and I'll definitely visit again in the future.
Nice little place and really good hot chicken. This place serves chicken tenders 2 ways: Either plain on white bread or as "slider" style on a soft bun. First, I love hot chicken, Nashville style: with dry rub and no "wet" sauce. This chicken is perfectly cooked. To my surprise the "tenders" were not that small. I was an instant fan of Dave's Hot Chicken when I got to taste their food in California. I cannot express the level of excitement within me when I found out they opened a location so close to me! As soon as we were able, we ordered food from Dave's and I was so happy to see that it was the same delicious taste and quality I experienced in CA. Now Dave's is not for the faint of heart. Requested food allergy assistance via the corporate website four weeks ago nobody has yet to respond... I ask about MSG they claim they don't use MSG, but I ask for other guizes. ie autolized yeast, sodium caseinate, nutritional yeast...etc. crickets.

This is how they are disposing their used grease in the alley. It's disgusting and extremely unsanitary. It's leading to a huge rat problem and I know because I live in the neighborhood. This is an unnecessary problem that can 100% be avoided
I got it today for the first and last time. The dry rub on the chicken I got wasn't really hot, just very unpleasant tasting. And the rub is this fluorescent red color that gets all over everything - I had to wash my hands five times while eating it. The chicken itself was tender and juicy, but the rub just ruined it. And I'm still burping and tasting it three hours later.
