TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The food was surprisingly good! I've heard a lot about Dave's Hot Chicken and was skeptical about it, but it did not disappoint!
I love this place. Ordered at the wrong location and didn’t get to pick it up this time. Sad. But love Dave’s!
Not bad, but definitely overpriced

We were so excited to try it based on all the hype. The food was disappointing beyond belief!! Portions are so small compared to the pricing- I mean that I don't mind spending a little more money for really delicious food. The meals are $16 bucks and literally come with nothing- chicken and plain slice of bread 😂 We have no intention of ordering again- at that price you get no second chances.
