TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Tenders and sliders are really good. The tenders are crispy and big. My wife and I got the 2 tenders and a slider to share. We had 2 tenders for the next day. The regular mild has just enough kick to them. Ordered to go, service was quick and friendly. Has a large clean area to eat.
I can never go wrong when I'm craving Dave's, but I definitely know my place on the hot chart. If you want to enjoy your experience, find your sweet spot and stay there. Don't venture up or down that heat chart. If medium is your wheelhouse, then stay in it. The slaw is amazing, and make sure to ask for cheese. Yum!!!
Super good chicken sandwiches. Being Mexican, I was not afraid to ask for the "hot", but my pride was a little hurt along with my taste buds! Service was perfect as well as the overall feel of the joint.
Outstanding service, incredible food, and Awesome atmosphere. Also, safe for those with food allergies. We were so impressed with this restaurant. This is a new favorite!

The food was pretty good and the service was good as well. The ambiance was cool as well. I got a medium slider and hot. They both were very hot lol. I will probably get mild next time but all and all the food was good.
Dave's hot chicken is a great place ,with an amazing atmosphere.Food was hot and fresh the spices are to die for each of them taking you to the next level. But the service is out of this world ,employees are very attentive even at the moment your leaving the restaurant 10/10

Dave's hot chicken is my go to! I love the mild slider, the season is so good. Put some honey on top and, wow, great flavor. the staff is super friendly,my order is always accurate. I love ordering on the app, the orders are done super fast and food is always fresh, hot, and quality always consistent. Way to go Dave's plano west location.....nailed it, every time.
