TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

They are really quick and efficient! After ordering our food was ready within 5 minutes. It came out really crispy. I got the #3 which is the slider & tender with fries combo. It was good but next time I would just get the #2 for more bang for my buck.

Our family decided to order some food to go before watching the big game. The decor was bright and cheerful. We ordered a mild, hot and extra hot spice level. The extra hot was just as expected and gave a bit of a burn, which was nice! We will definitely try again!
Chicken was juicy, crispy, and tasty in all the right ways. I had medium. My daughter tried mild but reported they were too sweet for her. Husband liked the hot, but will go up a spice level or 2 next time. Skip the Mac n cheese- it is a gummy, overcooked, mushy mess.
Great food. Too bad it's so expensive. It makes the Ricky's Nashville Hot Chicken right across the street that much more attractive. I love the reaper sliders with cheese. Awesome stuff.
Very big sliders. lol I liked the food but will get mild next time. The hot was so spicy I couldn't taste the food. Fries were amazing though. Not a big fan of the special sauce...much prefer ranch.
I got the chicken sandwich - heat level i ordered was "extra hot"...there was not heat, no flavor (not even salt), however, the chicken looked red so I'm assuming they dipped it into something...not sure if they just had an off day or if i got someone else's order...I'm willing to try it again because i always give places a 2nd chance but i wasn't impressed the first time. Needless to say, i didn't finish the sandwich and got Chick-fil-a instead .
I got the Hot and the spice was seriously overpowering the great chicken. Not on the level of ghost pepper chili but beyond what I expected. Wasn't able to eat the third piece, so I won't get an additional to the 2 piece again. Might try something less spicy next time.
So basically I was like eating it ok, yeah, and stopped to order more mhm yeah. Best chicken in town bud.
