TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

One of my favorite chicken sandwiches--great flavor, juicy chicken, and crispy fries. The order is always ready quickly, and pickup is super easy. Even after a 10-minute walk back to the office, the food is still hot. I haven't had the chance to sit down and dine in yet, but the restaurant is always clean when I stop by, and it has a great, fun ambiance. Definitely a go-to spot!

First time trying Dave's Hot Chicken! I was pleasantly surprised when my 2 slider meal with fries came out and the sliders were the size of a full size sandwich's. So much flavor in one sandwich. The fries were perfectly done and crispy. The food came out fast and was piping hot. My only complaint is that the restaurant was very loud. I am hard of hearing and being my first time ordering it was a bit tedious. But no worries the food is amazing so I will be back.

Stopped by on a Sunday night. The place was busy but all the empty tables were cleaned and ready to use. Xavier helped us out and he was extremely nice and answered all our questions. We ordered to go and our order was correct and still hot when we got home. Good chicken and good fries! Would recommend
