WOW! Best chicken I have had anywhere! Juicy and flavorful. Had the Medium and hot, fries and malt to wash it all down. Great friendly service with a smile- well staffed and worth the shot wait! Cool vibe on the inside- can't wait for more to open!
Drove an hour an 15 to eat the chicken for the first time it was amazing. Well worth wait in line from being outside to register it was 30 minutes but it went quick an was well worth every penny. Did the 2 medium slider combo and it is a regular sandwich it's enough to feed two people. Staff was very friendly and attentive through out process! Coming back again on next payday! Recommend adding a little honey to slider it gives an amazing balance and the Dave's sauce is great!
First location in Wisconsin is open, the hot chicken lovers represented. There was a long line out the door, the staff did a good job of communicating wait times and keeping morale lifted while we waited in 12 degree temperatures. We were offered a free shot glass, kids got stickers. I ordered the number three: a slider, chicken tender and fries "hot". I was so excited to try it. My family and I went to the grand opening. Needless to say IT WAS AMAZING! The staff was very friendly and interactive. I was only outside for about 8-10 minutes then was amazing when i walked in the energy was amazing, you could feel the positivity. I saw the staff interact with everyone that was eating and it was a very nice experience.(I even got to speak with the owner too!) My daughter & I went to their soft opening today before 4p. Lots of people were pulling up excited to go try new restaurant. We were greeted w/ friendly service as soon as we walked in door & asked how we heard about their restaurant. The line was long but went fast & only waited about 10mins to order & our food was made fast in less than 10mins. The workers were all working together w/ were all kind. Food is way over priced for what you get. Not a very big menu at all. Mad Chicken has way more to choose from at a lesser price and wayyyy better

Meh... the food is okay, although expensive for what you get and extremely salty and greasy. Perhaps the most annoying part is being asked for a tip. I believe in leaving a good tip for good service, but simply taking my order doesn't warrant a tip in my mind. Never in my life have I had a fast food establishment suggest I leave a tip for the counter cashier. It's a tacky business practice to even suggest customers leave one. Wasn't impressed. Chicken was dry. Online ordering was simple and loved the pictures of each item which was helpful. It was a bit pricey. I won't be going back but try it for yourself. It's worth it!

We did not have the best of experiences here. The young man who took our order and bagged up food kept playing with his retainer and the person in the kitchen had to keep telling him to stop and to wash his hands. Two minutes later and he was doing it again. Then he popped his retainer in and bagged our food. The chicken itself was okay, but extremely salty.
