So I've been to Dave's on multiple occasions and I've loved the food. The chicken tenders would always live up to the first time of me trying it, back to when they only had locations in LA. Once they started to move their stores down south it felt like k honestly hit the jackpot. This location is the closest to me as of now, and they've never disappointed me. Several times in the last month have been right down the street and both times my friend has suggested Dave's...actually not a lot of choices in Irvine at 10pm but that said the food is good and even our 18 month old companion loved the chicken....

Well, I guess viral ad marketing works because I saw the Dave's Hot Chicken ad like 18,000 times and eventually it did indeed bring me to Dave's. The service was wonderful and the person at the front was helpful and even informed me of a cinnamon toast crunch milkshake that was not yet on the menu so or course I got that. Did it live up to thehype? For me it did. I didn't shout, "Oh my God," like the girl in the ads and my eyes didn't pop out of my head, but it was really good. Forgot a fork in a bag. I forgive them. The aroma emanated from the bag upon. The sweet scents of paprika and spices. The coleslaw and pickles made it a unique experience. The Mac and cheese did not impress me but it was not unenjoyable. Step it up canes, you have competition.

The option was Mc Donald's or to try this place, so I decided it would be fun to try this place out. The menu is, disappointing at best, but I do like how they serve the crinkle cut fries. The workers weren't very polite, but the service was good. This place feels crowded, and it takes a long time for your order because it's a small location. Not to knock this place, you can't complain if you can get your food, it just takes a long time for them to get it ready. That's the only reason why I think it feels like it's occupie... read more

Food was at tasty it had a lot of flavor and is one of the most interesting takes on chicken I've ever had! Service was simple, nothing too extra, nothing too bad served us well! Ambiance was interesting considering this place is great! Should've had more people but decorations and everything is amazing. I only put one star off since prices have risen but otherwise amazing!

Came here on a busy Friday night and was greeted and well taken care of by Kris!! I'd have to say he has extremely great customer service, he is prompt, friendly with kids, takes orders correctly (which is totally rare these days)! Whoever hired Kris---- give Him a raise!! We will only be back to see Kris!

Went through the drive-thru around 8pm, George took our order and not only did he have great energy and attitude; he was extremely helpful in tracking our large and complicated order and offered to repeat the order a third time when we added more items. He had a great sense of urgency when we got to the window, which is important on a Friday night! The man is good at his job! Kudos to whoever hired him.
