Ordered online for pickup, and everything looked great! I loved the Build Your Own Trio combo. I'm mostly writing this review because of how kind the customer service was especially the cashier. She was incredibly sweet and made the whole experience even better!

We stopped by Dave's Hot Chicken in Fullerton, and I just had to recognize one of their employees, Kaylee. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, she greeted everyone with a genuine smile that was contagious and made us feel welcome. What impressed me most was her work ethic. She wasn't just taking orders at the register, she was cleaning the dining area, helping customers, making food in the kitchen, and constantly staying busy while the restaurant was packed. First time trying Dave's hot chicken & Kayleigh provided outstanding customer service! She was so friendly welcoming, & had such a positive attitude from the moment we walked in & she was patient, answered all of our questions, & made sure our order was correct, Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed professional & made us feel valued as customers. This was one of the few places open at night on the 4th of July, so thank you Dave's. It was just my husband and I, and we had the tenders meals. One with cheese fries, one with kale slaw. They originally gave us Mac and cheese. This location always gets orders wrong. Oh well, easy fix. It was packed but we managed to get a dirty table that we had to clean oursleves. I can't be picky, since it was the only place open near by. The food was at least pretty good.

Have came here on 2 separate occasions. I just wanted to talk about how sweet and professional the FOH crew is. Gavin is amazing. Kayleigh is amazing as well. They both know how to keep the orders flowing and keep taking orders at the same time. Food is always hot and fresh. You do not wanna miss out on this location.

Tried Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time and had a good experience overall. Ordered online and everything was ready when I got there, so the whole process went smooth. The food was good and had the right amount of flavor and spice. I ordered the extra spicy, but honestly it wasn't spicy enough for me. Other than that, everything tasted fresh and the staff was friendly too. Would come back again to try an even hotter level if possible.

Food is always great from Daves hot chicken, customer service is always great here and its clean, staff smiled and were very friendly, Monse has very great customer service skills, amazing employee to be around.
