TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

My FAVORITE chicken sandwich now, sorry Cane's you had a good run, but this is the BEST. Never got the whole ChickFila thing, this is a superior chicken sandwich HANDS down! I got the secind hottest and WOW, loved it. Good job Daves!
This placed lived up to all the hype. The fries were well-seasoned, the chicken was both juicy & seasoned, but the heat wasn't shy either. And there was a real, discernible difference in heat between the hot/extra hot (Would've got the Reaper, but it turns out you have to sign a waiver!) The service was polite, but quick and they were busy! My only complaint was how loud it was, but it's a small place and they were super busy so I'm not holding it against them.
1 slider is filling as is for 1 person. It was a bit too salty tho. The Extra Hot has a nice kick to it. Fries were nice and soft, and seasoned a bit heavy. Service was quick and friendly. Ambience here is kind of small. But there's extra seating outdoors.
Great food and great prices as well! Their two sandwich meal is enough food for two people to split with the fries.
Delicious chicken spot. I ordered the chicken slider or sandwich with fries. The chicken is so soft! The sauce is also great.
Chicken is crispy, juicy and flavorful! Always leave satisfied with the food quality, quantity and service.One thing I could recommend would be to fully wipe down the tables because they were quite sticky last time I ate there. Other wise I would give this place a strong 4 out 5 stars.

It was surprisingly pretty good! I got the spiciest chicken sandwich and they had me sign a waiver, but to be honest the waiver was a joke as it wasn't spicy at all for my taste. However, it did taste really good. Staff is pretty friendly as well. I would come back again.
Amazing service provided by Mel. She got me hooked on the shakes. Food was amazingly tasty, juicy and flavorful!! This will definitely be my new chicken spot Highly recommend it! It gives cozy and chill vibes
