I absolutely love the crunch of the chicken paired with the cold coleslaw. Not to mention the fries and sauce... Definitely recommend.

I have seen Dave's Hot Chicken around for a while, but never got the chance to go and try it. Hubby saw a YouTube video that made him want to try Dave's Hot Chicken so we decided to go. We had gotten the Dave's #3 with an extra tender on the side in mild. During the time that we got there it wasn't busy, so we were able to place our order and just wait about 20 ish minutes before our food was ready. I would have to start by saying this is my second time at Dave's spot and I'm totally content with the food flavor, spice level and softness of the meat. I got their #3 combo of medium spicy tender and hot spicy slider. The hot spicy level is perfect for anyone that likes the spicy kick style. Medium is also flavorful. Service is ok and no comment/complaints on ambience.

This place took over the old Sochi boat place. I observed this place when I visited century theater. They seem to have a long line all the time. They are pretty fast at taking orders and getting food packed. The ambiance of this place is just like any other fast food place but the tenders coated with whatever spice that is, it's awesome. Like how the menu is small and it feels nice to quickly order rather than thinking a lot.

Honestly, it's pretty good. I personally don't like when my chicken is over seasoned but its better than it not being seasoned I guess. Although I did feel like the chicken was a little dry and I like when my chicken is juicy. I also feel like their large cups are smaller than other places. The perfect crunch and spice in a chicken sandwich. I got the "hot" level, plus a side of mac and cheese. Both were perfect. Better than those fast food chicken restaurants for sure and worth the extra buck for the quality you get. Service was on point too.

Really big portions The chicken was a little salty for me but still delicious Liked the crinkle fries but its better with cheese on top Basic drink selection Self seating and outdoor seating available Pretty busy and loud on a Sunday so we sat outside Service was friendly and quick Food took about 10 minutes but super worth the wait Everything is packed to go with extra ketchup, honey and Dave's sauce

The best f*ckin chicken sandwich I've ever had that puts Chick-fil-A to shame. Gotta have their mac n cheese too! I highly recommend ordering online instead of in person. Everything is made fresh to order so don't expect "fast food." Don't arrive starving or you'll get hangry during your 20+ minute wait. If it's your first time trying Dave's Hot Chicken, get the Medium. It's an explosion of flavor without the burn.

I had a decent experience on my one other experience with Dave's in Sacramento. It was a bit spicy hotter than expected, but juicy and tasty. I was glad to hear about one opening in U.C.
