Love this place every single for time I come here I just can't get enough! The staff is always outstanding!
I went through drive thru yesterday around 6:00 pm and was very disappointed with the service. At first everything seemed to be going well , mid way through my order the girl at the speaker kept asking me to repeat myself. She seemed very distracted while I was ordering. I had just got out of work and was trying to grab a quick bite. However I didn't think it would take me about 5 minutes to order 2 meals and a drink. I had gone through the drive thru because I'm sick and didn't want to get out. I paid an up charge for cheese fries with my Dave bites and didn't get cheese. I went back a second time and still didn't get cheese. The third time I finally got the cheese fries at the cost of wasting 35 mins when I shouldn't have had to. Definitely going to a BETTER location next time.

Terrible wait times zero star would never come back got mozzarella sticks waited for 18 other orders ahead of us to receive mozzarella sticks acting like this is a damn slider order waited 30 minutes for mozzarella sticks, and they called numbers ahead of our number

Normally we love Dave's but we went today and omg it was great. We asked for extra honey they gave us 5 packets only. We literally go often and today was just a disappointment.

Ordered at the drive through and my food was completely wrong even after the fact that they went over the order 3 times. On the receipt and on the box of my food it said the chicken would be mild but i ended up getting no spice. Also asked for pickles and didn't get any. Quality of the food wasn't good either and the food came in lukewarm at best. Won't be coming here again.

My second time and it is still not good. I had went 3 years ago and I never went back because the food was awful and not hot. So, I tried again because my niece liked it and no change....

I'm gonna be very honest, that review of how long it takes the food to come out even when the inside is dead and the drive thru has a few cars is very true. I love the food, but even with the front cashier being very sweet and nice, the output of orders is way too long. Mind you, i saw their POS that shows status of food orders and mine is the only one on there. I thought going inside would be faster but clearly it wasn't. I waited over 35 mins for 1 Slider w/Fries.
