The guy named TIAGO is very rude to customer. He use abusive language. Never seen such a bad behavior of a worker. Very disappointed

Just got out of the drive through line for the Dave's by the Ontario Mills mall. I come to this Dave's often, and it's very hit or miss with the speed of service or if my order is made correctly. We were excited to use our apps for drake day for a free slider. When we arrived there was one car at the window, one car ordering at the speaker and probably a couple people inside. Food was cold and soggy on my last visit and the soft serve machine is always down when I try to go
Saw this place a few times when we went to Sam's Club, so we've got to give her a try. Long line must be good. But I have to tell you this food wasn't as good as to wait. It was OK, but not worth all the drama of getting it. Had decent flavor, but still not the best chicken around the area. Donahoo's Golden Chicken in Ontario still beats them. Sorry I was just just focusing on making good chicken. Tried both the sliders and chicken strips, but mediocre best first time and last time like I say not worth all the drama.
Dave's is great across the board, but this location had us effed up! I was picking up my mobile order in the drive-thru and we were attended to right away as far as them greeting us at the window, but then we sat there for a good 10 minutes watching this guy talk and make orders for people that were dining-in, even though I had put my order in via the computer minutes before I arrived. This evening was my first visit to this location and we did not have a good experience. I was initially happy they had a drive thru but the wait was 15 minutes for an order of 2 tenders and 1 slider meal without any cars in front of us. The to go containers were all full of grease and seasoning- not ideal when in a car! When I asked why such a long wait, the girl at the register said they got busy inside we will not be back.
So after hearing so much about hot chicken I decided to give it a try. I love fried chicken and was excited. Got the combo tender and slider. The slider was actually a sandwich. I found the appearance of the chicken suspect. I guess some people like this style but I didn't like anything about this weird red coating . On top of that. It was $15 without a drink I threw most of it out. The fries were good.
I ordered the slider spice level extra hot and it was like just eating a regular fried tender. No heat at all.
