To say the customer service here is bad would be an understatement! It's awful. Pitiful. An unbelievable really bad joke. I ordered my food at 7:09 and didn't get it until 7:39 in a MOSTLY empty restaurant. I could understand waiting 30 minutes to get my food on a Saturday night, but anything over 15 minutes on a Monday evening is just pure fucking laziness. The food always takes long, the workers are rude, and they are very stingy with their portions and giving you sauce. It's not worth it.

If you stop here make sure you have 30+ minutes to wait for your food . Been here multiple times through the drive through and inside the store and this location ALWAYS takes forever . Food is alright but not worth the wait .

What ever they changed about the chicken is not good. It's flavorless just tastes like card board. I use to absolutely love this place and I'll probably never go back.

I frequent this business, but you are very inconsistent with the quality and taste of the product, which is disappointing as a customer. You have a robot that seasons the fries, and I guess portions out the fries, because the amount is less than what it should be and what is advertised. there was a roach in my sandwich. i was eating and midway i saw it. i threw up immediately after eating. it is filthy and disgusting here. i have never been so disgusted in my life. the workers here made my sandwich and saw there was a roach in my fried chicken and still served it. i dont know what the workers are on here but i dont want any of it. absolutely atrocious establishment. do not eat here!!!! beware roaches here!

Went to the drive thru thinking it would be faster but waited almost an hour just to get our food. After we got it they gave us the wrong order.

Paid 40 dollars for 2 #2 meals (which is two sliders with fries) and was given I can't even explain what but this picture will explain it all , and no hate to them but come on that's pretty messed up you know you shouldn't have gave that out to anyone ! Even if it was someone else's order
