Took the family out to try a new place that I haven't been to And. It looks inviting. It looks kind of cool but probably won't go there again. We got sick off the food. Don't think it was handled right or cooked long enough. I got some of my chicken hot. It was pretty hot spicy wise probably not enough french fries or given out for the price. It's a one and done for us I think I prefer other places that serve chicken.

Seems like this place has issues with timely service based on some of the other reviews. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru on early morning 12/3/25 just before closing. They took our order. Two cars ahead of me. Got tired of waiting. Actually had to back out of the drive thru. Never had to do that before in my life. Horrible. Won't be back.

Great staff just salty and overrated food. I think the more locations they added the less quality the food is.

Cashier was a Jerk! He was condescending when I asked questions. My son wanted ranch dressing and they charged us for it. I was disappointed that they no longer had cauliflower option. I won't be back.

To say the customer service here is bad would be an understatement! It's awful. Pitiful. An unbelievable really bad joke. I ordered my food at 7:09 and didn't get it until 7:39 in a MOSTLY empty restaurant. I could understand waiting 30 minutes to get my food on a Saturday night, but anything over 15 minutes on a Monday evening is just pure fucking laziness. The food always takes long, the workers are rude, and they are very stingy with their portions and giving you sauce. It's not worth it.

If you stop here make sure you have 30+ minutes to wait for your food . Been here multiple times through the drive through and inside the store and this location ALWAYS takes forever . Food is alright but not worth the wait .

What ever they changed about the chicken is not good. It's flavorless just tastes like card board. I use to absolutely love this place and I'll probably never go back.
