I come to this location from time to time. Today was very frustrating. We waited 45 minutes for our food. He asked the front and the lady said it was next. People kept getting their food and we didn't get ours yet. She ended up asking the back for an update. They must of lost our ticket order. Super frustrating waiting this long for fast food. People around us were also complaining that napkins were not restocked and the trash was full.
I love Daves Hot Chicken, but their drive thru is horrid, had to wait like 40 minutes just to order & receive my food.
I have been in the drive through now 40 minutes. I am still 3 cars fr9m the wimdow to receive my 1 chicken tender. Since ive been here the last 40 minutes 2 cars in front of me had left meaning i thought it might be faster DREADFULLY NO!! This IS HORRIBLE!! I mean a wait is fine but 40 now going on 45 minutes do you feep that is axceptable and if you do then please let me know so I NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Worst service ive ever experienced
I'm so disappointed with Dave's! This is the second time they've served me two super small chicken strips...for nearly $20, I expect something with at least a little meat on it. I didn't even realize it until I started packing my lunch for the night, and by then, it was too late to return it! Shame on them. They used to serve well-sized portions, but now they're clearly cutting corners.
Customer service was great, kept nice and clean. Food was not it 0/10 cheap food. Not worth your money. I had the loaded fries which are new midaswell take it off the menu cause NOPE.
just went an hour ago to this location first they messed up with one of my orders next i came home to find out that they did not add my chicken to my sandwich. im super upset about it now i can't even enjoy my meal because these people have their minds on idk what.
Unorganized workers, I ordered online & came in 25 min later to pick up & checked with the front desk they said it wasn't ready which was okay THEN every 15 min I checked three more times with them and they said it still wasn't ready, Girl in the front had an attitude & was rude getting annoyed bc we kept checking for our food, because NO way it should be taking a whole hour.. waited a whole hour in there checking with the front just to find out my food has been sitting in the bag ready on the desk COLD the whole time. Dave's hot chicken more like Dave's hot DOOKIE. I don't know this place has so many good reviews. It was smoking, hot horse sh*t not even my dog wanted eat the macaroni and cheese. I got me and my hubby some of this food because we seen all the good reviews online, and clearly it was a big scam or this location sucks. I don't know if the workers were lacking or plain dumb. The chicken had no flavor it was dry. It wasn't tender at all the fries lacked flavor. They look good but no flavor. I bet my dog can poop better french... read more
