The chicken was tooooo salty, when I asked the staff why it was very salty he just said that it was they way it was! This is really ridiculous, waste of money that I need to throw it.

Dave's Hot Chicken??? More like Dave's NOT HOT Chicken. Had been wanting to try this place out since it first opened and I was super excited to finally try it out with my boyfriend. We got the 2 sliders combo, one with Mac and Cheese and one with fries. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment. My siblings and I went to this Dave's location to get the free tenders/sliders promo for Drake's Birthday. However, we were told the promo ended at 8:30pm, when the Instagram posts say that the promo was valid from 11am-9p, FOR ALL LOCATIONS. Totally buss. We ordered ahead and waited around 10 minutes total for scalding hot chicken. I can't really take spicy, so when they said hot chicken they meant HOT. The temperature of my shoes after sprinting to the toilet after this can attest.
I got the medium spicy chicken tenders and was surprised the flavor of the seasoning is sweet and way over seasoned. I prefer raising canes with some Louisiana hot sauce added to it for spice. There is no reason to add sugar and overkill seasoning. I almost felt nauseous because it is over seasoned with "red mystery powder".

Food didn't taste bad but I paid $15 for a combo and it doesn't even include a drink. This food joint doesn't meet the standards. I recommend Raising Canes or Chick-fil-A if you want good chicken at a value price. If Dave's lowers its prices a bit and includes a drink I may consider it again, but for now I'll stay away.

The food is great. The music is way too loud. If you want good food and a headache, this is your place. I promise, the music is so loud and terrible, you will be happy you left.
