TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Chicken was really good. Cooked perfectly and there are about 10 levels of spice from none to super hot Recommend!!!

The food is actually really good and the max and cheese is bomb ASF. The meat is seasoned very well overall I give it 5 stars for a reason. The fries are good and seasoned well.

Heard of this spot and wanted to check out what was the fuss all about. I was in the area and thought might as well. Came by and the place is clean and busy. They have an appetizing menu and I elected to order one chicken slider with fries combo and a vanilla milkshake. They have quite a selection of spiciness level and since I cannot really handle spicy that well I elected for light mild. When my food came it was fresh and looks good. My first bite I was amazed! Just darn good food. The chicken is good and tasty. Much better than KFC. As a matter fact there is no comparison between Dave's and KFC.

Pretty good place - but the portions could be bigger & a bit cheaper ! but I do like their sliders and the pickles !! Yum
