TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Let's start with the food, very pricey but absolutely positively delicious and you get a bylot of it! They don't skimp on anything except the sauce which you got to ask for if you want extra and they kind of begrudging ly begrudgingly look at you like how dare you LOL LOL! Everything from the sliders to the french fries were absolutely exquisitely awesome! I love the decor here, they have chickens all over. I tried something called a loaded shake. It has either m and m Oreo flavor. You gotta use your spoon a bit. It's like you get a sundae and shake all in one. It's super good.

We tried Dave's Hot Chicken tonight for the first time. We both thought it was very good. We both tried the tender and slider combo with fries. The chicken was so moist and juicy on the inside and crispy on the inside. I love their pickles. It works great in the slider with the special sauce. The crinkle cut fries were seasoned perfectly and were crispy. It's very spacious inside with plenty of seating and the staff are super friendly. I would definitely be coming back.
