TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I love the decor here, they have chickens all over. I tried something called a loaded shake. It has either m and m Oreo flavor. You gotta use your spoon a bit. It's like you get a sundae and shake all in one. It's super good.

We tried Dave's Hot Chicken tonight for the first time. We both thought it was very good. We both tried the tender and slider combo with fries. The chicken was so moist and juicy on the inside and crispy on the inside. I love their pickles. It works great in the slider with the special sauce. The crinkle cut fries were seasoned perfectly and were crispy. It's very spacious inside with plenty of seating and the staff are super friendly. I would definitely be coming back.

Chicken was really good. Cooked perfectly and there are about 10 levels of spice from none to super hot Recommend!!!

The food is actually really good and the max and cheese is bomb ASF. The meat is seasoned very well overall I give it 5 stars for a reason. The fries are good and seasoned well.
