The staff are always very polite. Food is great too, for fast food. :) Never too busy - each time it has been a quick and easy process to order and receive food.

Great food. Very salty but I guess that's kind of what you order. I recommend the top loaded fries. I ordered a regular but it ended up being too much for me. I recommend the small size. My boyfriend liked his food a lot and he had the slider with fries and he had a medium, but he didn't think the medium was hot enough so if you really want hot, try to go hotter. Good experience overall, and the decoration is well put together. Thanks Dave's hot chicken!!!!
