Went to Dave's hot chicken for a quick snack. Got a chicken slider and thought it was OK. I was very underwhelmed for all the hype that this place gets. The chicken tender was fresh and crispy and juicy good size. The flower was OK but nothing special. I did not get much Dave sauce on my sandwich though. The price on one slider was quite hefty for basically a tender and buns. I prefer Starbird over this place and would go there instead.

Delicious tenders for eating by themselves or in a sandwich. They have different levels of heat and should satisfy just about anybody's "heat" requirement. The fries that accompany them are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The available condiments (honey, ketchup, sauce, etc.) are perfect accompaniments. The staff there is friendly and efficient. The interior is an upscale "tagged" type room.

I really like Dave's hot chicken in general and have been to a few locations in a few places and had to come 5* this because the staff is just so great. Very warm and kind and genuinely want you to enjoy your experience. I've been here a few times and the location is always very well maintained and clean I've been served by Maria and the manager Eduardo before and both are wonderful and helpful. The chicken sandwich hits the spot every time. I like to get the two slider meal so my friend and I can each have one and then share fries. There is some seating inside and the food didn't take too long. Definitely will be back soon!
