TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Im taking deep liking to Dave’s Hot Chicken. I had a good experience overall BUT the customer service was outstanding compared to the other fast food places I’ve visited. Down to their uniforms. I love the slogan?! I wouldn’t expect a company to be so expressive with their uniforms. New chain in town serving a quasi version of Nashville Chicken. The sliders and tenders are juicy and have a great seasoning in them. Fair warning on the hot levels; anything Very hot and above, unless a seasoned fire eater, you're not going to enjoy it too much. I love all the pickles that come with it. Greeted right away by Tesha, super friendly and upbeat energy. Gave us a run down of the menu right away since it was our first time trying. Loved it.
This place is great! The food is well prepared and very, very tasty. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the folks behind the counter are very welcoming and friendly.
I tried the cauliflower bites & they were so good! Since it was my first time, I tried no spice and they were still yummy. They have different spice levels to try (3) and I’m definitely trying with spice next time. The staff member who gave me my food was super nice. She greeted me when I came in & made sure I had everything I needed before heading out. Wish I would have taken a pic of the food but next time. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
