TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

It was my first time here, the food was amazing 10/10 best chicken place I eaten so far. Worker was nice and friendly explaining the menu. I would drive 40 min to eat here again

Food is fire and Dominque at the register is real friendly and kind. I definitely recommend this location due to its cleanliness as well.
If it wasn't for our craving for chicken tenders, we wouldn't have tried Dave's Hot Chicken! I ordered the 10 pc. bites no spice since I prefer dry-rubs with mild & ranch on the side & they were yummy bites...wish I had some pickles on the side. My other half ordered Dave's #2 1medium slider & 1 hot slider with an upgrade of addicting cheese fries with pickles he removed (since he just likes the juice) so I ate them lol. Thanks to patient Jaden for taking our order. I will be sure to try a loaded milkshake next time!
We underestimated the heat of the "hot" but that didn't stop us. The food came out fast and fresh and tisha in the back was as wonderful as ever. Will definitely be back to see her again
This place was so baller crazy good! I had multiple people tell me about Dave's and I heard some people say they didn't like it and some says it's the best. It is so good and this is the truth. Unless you're super picky, you'll like it! I miss it just looking at this picture
This is some good fast food! Clean, friendly, tasty. They highlight the double slider meal but my single tender slider was more than enough for a meal, comes with fries as well.
A great late night spot! Even though it was 10:30p.m. at night Keyon met and greeted us at the door. We felt welcomed not rushed like how some places seem like they are ready to close and don't want you there. Although it's Dave's Hot Chicken, I'm "chicken" to try hot and went mild. I like that you can even get no spice at all. The chicken sliders are not your average tiny sliders. The chicken is a full meal and doesn't leave a greasy after taste.
