TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Clean spot and staff is so accomodating! The food is always in good temp when ordering online. They are always on top of it here! Definitely reccommend! Cant wait to come here again :)
Dave's hot chicken was NOT hot...metaphorically speaking. The spicy chicken slider was indeed hot, but very underwhelming. It was in the same category of fast food spicy chicken. Juicy chicken and crispy on the edges. However, it was not very impressive. Comparing this spot to the other fastfood spicy hot chicken sandwiches it is on par. Thus, this deserves a solid 3, nothing more, nothing less. Good amount of parking and has a drive through. There is a new chicken game in town, and Dave's hot chicken is the hot game, the sandwiches are really chicken, the fries are good the chicken, the bun, the little bit of coleslaw in between freaking awesome, this is the place to get your chicken freak on.
We ordered online and went to pick up our meal. We were impressed! The chicken portions are giant and the breading is great. We had lite-mild and mild and liked both of them. We also got the cheese fries...which were great. Value for money...wow. Also, the order was ready in something like 10 minutes. Already waiting for me when I got to the Sandy location.
Very pleased with the quality and the service at the NE Sandy location. The staff was fast and friendly and the food was delicious
First time eating here and it was delicious! Very kind people working and the restaurant was very clean! The chicken and fries had the perfect crisp! I should have ordered a gallon of the Dave's sauce!
Great food, great service, great price. Probably the best food I've had in Portland in awhile. The food seemed extremely fresh.
