Overall, here tasty is ok. The recommended spice level is mild spicy. Anything too spicy is hard to eat. It's generally more expensive than McDonald's or Burger King.

I went through the drive through at Dave’s Hot Chicken tonight for the first time and after checking out the menu I pulled up to the order station and was greeted in such a friendly manner by Stephanie. She asked if it was my first time trying the food there and I said it was, she was really helpful and open to questions when ordering. I ordered the sliders, Mac n Cheese, and Kale Slaw. The experience at this location was the best one yet. I’ve been to the other stores and this location had it down to a science. It wasn’t even 5 minutes before my food was hot and ready. Everyone was friendly and the GM Cecilia seems to be the reason for that. She was kind, energetic, and kept everyone busy at all times. The food was delicious and left me wanting more! I will definitely be back!

Amazing food. Excellent flavor that no other place can beat. It’s on of our usual places here in Indy. Lastly, I started using the app and it remembered my usual order so it was a fast and efficient experience. Regarding the atmosphere, the downtown store may be needs better setting with more comfy chairs and tables. That’s why I prefer mobile pick up and go home and eat. But the food deserves 10 out of 10 !

First time going to Dave's and Adriana really gave me an awesome experience, she was so helpful and positive and explained in detail the difference of the spices! Would definitely return and try again and again. (Only if Adriana takes my order again though.)
