First time at Dave's . I come to this area a few times a year for business and always wanted to try it. I had the Slider with fries with Medium spice. The place wasn't very crowded, it was Friday night around dinner time. The gentleman taking my order was very polite and they obviously make an effort to provide superb customer service. Had an amazing experience. Warmly greeted by Jeff right when they opened at 10:30am. Ordered the 2 Slider w/fries option and added 2 Tenders because, Yum, Tenders... The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the rock n roll atmosphere. I will Always try to stop in if I'm in the area. Thank You Jeff and Staff

I had a great experience! It was my first time trying Dave's and from the food to customer service, everything was amazing. Shoutout to Jeff for providing incredible service to me and truly caring about my experience even after bringing out my food. Food was made fresh and tasted delicious. I do wish it was a bit cheaper, but in this economy it seems these are the average prices. Location was kept very neat and tidy. Overall, would recommend and come back again.

Fries and shake were delicious. Strips and sliders good too - lots of seasonings on both sides- tried hot and mild and both good. Friendly staff and nice open area for eating with a group.

Best customer service I have ever received in a fast food restaurant which was provided by a Dave's Hot Chicken Employee named Jeff. He was immediately welcoming and kind and accommodating. The restaurant in general was very clean and organized. Thanks Dave's Hot Chicken in Folsom and thanks for being great, Jeff! Keep it up!!

First time here. My son and I both loved it. Jeff was very nice and provided great customer service. We live in Fairfield but would definitely make the drive up to eat here again.

Didn't know what to expect since I'm not a spice lover but I have to shout to anyone who reads this; you must visit Dave's Hot Chicken. The vibe of the establishment is clean, bright, hip and organized. Jeff greeted us and was very pleasant and friendly. We both ordered #4. Chicken slider with crinkle fries. Omg. Freshly prepared, piping hot chicken, freshly prepped soft yummy bun, pickles with girth and a bit of kale slaw to round out the slider. I opted to add honey along with the Dave's sauce. Just left the drive thru and I'm absolutely blown away by Ari's customer service. This was our first time visiting and not only was she very friendly but she offered to explain the menu and make recommendations. This was a very refreshing experience, the food is delicious and we can't wait to come back.
