TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

great service! shift lead anthony was nice, giovanni and the other chef, i didnt get the name of absolutely killed it! So yummy (better than angry chickz) would recommend, idk why it was so empty

Good food, I've been to this location a handful of times. Each time it seems slow and I seem to be the only customer there. The prices are fairly high for the amount of food it comes with the order. I always get the Dave number 3 and extra hot. The environment and theme from the restaurant is relevant and comes across such a good meme in the hip culture. Customer service always seems to be above average, staff is always welcoming, always give out good suggestions on the spice level and popular orders.
We're heading to Chipotle when hubs pointed out the chicken! We love to try new places, we saw a few people sitting down, so first thought was food might be ehh, but let's try it out. Upon walking to the register to order, there was a sweet gal, smiling ready to answer questions. I just ordered a mild lite spicy slider and it has good texture and pretty good flavor throughout. It was nice but my only complaint is realizing that the slider is much smaller than the picture although it does have the slider name so I wish you get more or pay less for what you get.
I love Dave's!! First experience was in the LA area. Discovered this location on my way to Tahoe... this is by far the best location I've had the pleasure of visiting. Cool ambience, great location off the freeway. Staff is always friendly and the food is always amazing and fresh!
