Varies in quality and service based on location. This is for El Camino Real in Santa Clara. Food quality extremely bad almost throw away. The tenders served were refried again and may be again. The spices were washed out in refrying. I had to throw it away, felt uneasy with the quality. In Huston TX amazing quality for the same food also in San Leandro CA.

Service was horrible. The cashier who was taking our order needed us to repeat our order more than 6 times, he repeated it, and still managed to get our order wrong. We told him that what we received was wrong so he went to go fix it and still managed to get it wrong. We literally ordered just 3 tenders, fries, and cheese. I ordered a menu to go. About 2pm on a weekday there was no line - the only wait time was their frying the order. The ambiance was pleasant, good spacing between tables indoors and outdoors. I loved the flavor, and how juicy the chicken tenders are, and kale slaw was a good touch on the slider. I wanted to try something different so I came here for a bite to eat with my kids. I'm sad to say I was not impressed. I ordered 2 number 1's (no spice), 1 number 2 (light spice), a side of Mac n cheese and a side slider (mild) to-go. Total was $57 and the meals did not come with a drink. I got tenders and my boyfriend got the sliders. Everything was fine until almost the last 2 bites of second slider, notice the black spot of mold on the bread. Went back up to the register and let the younger female working at the time know and her response was a very unneeded "okay" while rolling her eyes and decided to ignore him and tend to the next person to order. Prior to this location opening, been going to the union city location and was glad to see them open up here. Unfortunately, this location is not it. They are super stingy with the chicken sizes (tenders fit within the bun sometimes smaller) here and fries are always cold and the mac n cheese is a miss always. The union city location gives huge tenders, doesn't matter if they are on their own or with the sliders. The UC location has you done right. I ordered the 2-slider combo last night with one Hot slider, one Extra Hot slider, and the cheese fries. I placed my order through Grubhub at 9:15 and I scheduled my pickup at 10:30 and was hoping they wouldn't make my order too soon. I'm into extremely spicy food so I ordered the sliders for the spiciness. Next time I'll order the heat level where I can enjoy the chicken. OVERRATED SALTY AND PRICEY!! This is the first time I eat here. I ordered a number 2 combo which consisted of 1 half decent and 1 mediocre chicken sandwiches. The seasoning is SALTY!! with little flavor (considering that I ordered the hot option). Not worth $20. For this amount try "PLUCKED CHICKEN" by Sauced. Better food, way more options and BEER BEER BEER!!
