I've been eating here for a while, and my experience has always been good. The food tastes good and it's pretty affordable for a fast casual chain. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the way my most recent order was handled. I arrived at the restaurant, but my order was not ready at the estimated time. I checked at the counter and the associate told me that my order was forgotten, and that they would make it immediately. Placed a pick up order for myself and a few people from work. A co-worker picked up the food on her way in. When she arrived almost half of the order was missing. It was lunch time so I'm sure they were busy. When we called they were rude but eventually we everything we ordered. I had the tenders-medium. They were ok. Nothing amazing. The fries were good.
