i'm sorry but this location is absolutely HORRIBLE. this is the closest to me and every single time there is something wrong with my order. i recently ordered a meal on the app and picked up my food, drove home and discovered that my food was ice cold, on the verge of being frozen in the middle. i did the survey and wrote about my huge disappointment of a meal for a $18+ meal (drink not included). whoever i spoke with gave me a credit of $15 to try to rectify the situation. fast forward to today ... i drove back to this ... read more

Taste like cumin and no heat. Fries were good. Bread soggy. Slaw very bland. I was very excited to try unfortunately it was very very very very disappointing!

I waited 20 min for a milkshake.... the service was good at the counter... all i ordered was a milkshake and it took so long... that's just ridiculous..

I haven't ever gone to this location, but for the first time, my sister was served completely raw chicken and given little to bare minimum service afterward. When confronting them about the unacceptable issue, she was asked if she wanted a refund. Reimbursement should've been included, and possibly more for not only paying for raw chicken that was under the pretense that it SHOULD'VE been safe, but instead was the opposite and could possibly give her salmonella. They served me RAW CHICKEN today. (3/26/25 at 7:00pm) You are legit a chicken place and can't cook your chicken right? When I went up to the counter to complain, the female employee handed me a refund receipt with a smirk on their face and said, "Have a good day." As I was leaving. Are you kidding me? I don't think so............................................................................................................................abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz the food was low-key cold and there was no taste just spice I got hot and extra hot not worth it and it costed like 50 bucks for 2 meals.
