They served me RAW CHICKEN today. (3/26/25 at 7:00pm) You are legit a chicken place and can't cook your chicken right? When I went up to the counter to complain, the female employee handed me a refund receipt with a smirk on their face and said, "Have a good day." As I was leaving. Are you kidding me? I've never tasted chicken this bitter before. This restaurant is completely overrated. It was so bad that I almost threw up.
The sauce cup was basically empty and there was only like 5 fries????? Pls stop being stingy
Would have been great if there wasn't a fat hair in the batter. literally deep fried into the batter of the chicken.. Unreal

Terrible experience. My food came out cold and it was barely spicy, despite the fact that I ordered medium. I tried their new nuggets and fries for about $11 after tax and I would say skip out on it. My friends both got chicken sandwhiches and the bread is not brioche. It's some basic bread, and their meal was also cold. To add on, the tall lady that was working last night had a bad attitude - as in, making loud noises pushing the chairs in like she didn't want to be there. place is clean, food is great, but everytime i've come here the service is actually terrible. servers are always mumbling, but when i say "what?" they look at me like i'm stupid bruh. then they talk about the customers and laugh. genuinely terrible service every time i come.

I post mate like 25 minutes ago and took a bite out of my fries and felt a long strand of hair in my mouth. definitely wasn't mine because my hair is super short... i am disappointed Probably the last time im ordering from this place on any food delivery app. Unless they compensate me for this with credits or something for my postmate or ubereat. wasted $58 for nothing
