Terrible experience. My food came out cold and it was barely spicy, despite the fact that I ordered medium. I tried their new nuggets and fries for about $11 after tax and I would say skip out on it. My friends both got chicken sandwhiches and the bread is not brioche. It's some basic bread, and their meal was also cold. place is clean, food is great, but everytime i've come here the service is actually terrible. servers are always mumbling, but when i say "what?" they look at me like i'm stupid bruh. then they talk about the customers and laugh. genuinely terrible service every time i come.

I post mate like 25 minutes ago and took a bite out of my fries and felt a long strand of hair in my mouth. definitely wasn't mine because my hair is super short... i am disappointed Probably the last time im ordering from this place on any food delivery app. Unless they compensate me for this with credits or something for my postmate or ubereat. wasted $58 for nothing

Varies in quality and service based on location. This is for El Camino Real in Santa Clara. Food quality extremely bad almost throw away. The tenders served were refried again and may be again. The spices were washed out in refrying. I had to throw it away, felt uneasy with the quality. In Huston TX amazing quality for the same food also in San Leandro CA.

Service was horrible. The cashier who was taking our order needed us to repeat our order more than 6 times, he repeated it, and still managed to get our order wrong. We told him that what we received was wrong so he went to go fix it and still managed to get it wrong. We literally ordered just 3 tenders, fries, and cheese. I ordered a menu to go. About 2pm on a weekday there was no line - the only wait time was their frying the order. The ambiance was pleasant, good spacing between tables indoors and outdoors. I loved the flavor, and how juicy the chicken tenders are, and kale slaw was a good touch on the slider. Unfortunately, because of the extremely high level of salt on the chicken and the fries, I was unable to eat much of it. I will not go there again. I wish low-salt was an option.
