I haven't ever gone to this location, but for the first time, my sister was served completely raw chicken and given little to bare minimum service afterward. When confronting them about the unacceptable issue, she was asked if she wanted a refund. Reimbursement should've been included, and possibly more for not only paying for raw chicken that was under the pretense that it SHOULD'VE been safe, but instead was the opposite and could possibly give her salmonella. They served me RAW CHICKEN today. (3/26/25 at 7:00pm) You are legit a chicken place and can't cook your chicken right? When I went up to the counter to complain, the female employee handed me a refund receipt with a smirk on their face and said, "Have a good day." As I was leaving. Are you kidding me? Terrible experience. My food came out cold and it was barely spicy, despite the fact that I ordered medium. I tried their new nuggets and fries for about $11 after tax and I would say skip out on it. My friends both got chicken sandwhiches and the bread is not brioche. It's some basic bread, and their meal was also cold. Not hot at all, fries too soggy. Did not fix my order even after letting the manager know that the order is not done correctly
