foods mediocre and the service was rude as shit, didn't say please thank you, or just any kind of decent customer service at all. maybe the guy whom was at the front was just having a bad day or attitude, period, the list goes on. although he was being butt buddies with the guy in the back the whole time..

Drove by the other night to stop by for some Daves and unfortunately they were already closed, but something so distubring i saw was one of the employees licking and pocking their finger in their milkshake machine as they were cleaning it and not to metion they reuse since they took it to back , its so gross that they allow this type of stuff and serve it to customers knowing that they lick and tatse the milkshake from the top where it goes in! Dont be surprised if you get sick or stomach problems.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but the customer service here was disappointing. As I was waiting for my food there door that led to the kitchen that is visible to all cutomers, I notice the employess picking the food as a "snack" with no GLOVESSS!!!! I find it distrubing knowing many of the employess will touch the food with no gloves thinking we wont see it. Stopped by Dave's Hot Chicken and left disappointed. My food took way too long to come out, and when it finally did it was barely warm and soggy. Staff didn't seem interested in fixing the problem, which made the whole visit feel like a waste.

I visited Dave's Hot Chicken recently and was disappointed. I waited 30 minutes for an order that arrived soggy, and when I asked the cashier about it he just shrugged and didn't offer a fix or refund. I won't be coming back until they improve basic quality and service.

It was good but quite overpriced for what you get. I took my son for lunch and we each had a 2 slider combo and the bill was over $40 with tip. Plus the air conditioning was broken so we were sweltering and sweating the entire time. In instances like that, the least they could do is offer free drinks. "We know it's hot and the store is uncomfortable so please enjoy a drink on us". Nope. Today it was Dave's hot ripoff.

I went there twice in a week last week. What's happening to Escondido branch? Chicken tender size are "small" than months ago. Why? I'm disappointed and will try other branch. I wish I took a photo.

Are you kidding? You're asking for tips at self checkout? So I do what you used to in order for you to employ less people...and essentially work at the restaurant and you ask for tips? For what? That's insane. I have an idea, pay livable wages, IE charge what you need to in order to do it, and stop asking the general gym chewing public to pay the wages of YOUR employees that's your responsability "Dave".
