Food is flavorless. I was expecting more but it is not good and I would not recommend it
Got the loaded fries, chicken was good but the fries were so undercooked. Didn't end up eating the fries. The lady helping me was super nice though.

Poor customer service and poor quality food. I waited more than 30 minutes for cold food and when I told Ricardo M. he snarked back, "it's not my fault". Would suggest others to go to Chik Fil A for better quality chicken and customer service. Overall, bad experience: will not return.

Seriously need to fix how you have a phone in option but nobody ever answers!! Called 8 times not a single time it was answered. Simple problem where it can be fixed in the third party app to order online or atleast ask for extra dave sauce and honey packets but i cant even do that and thats literally the reason why i was calling!! Now i gotta eat this dry ass chicken with one single packet that i had to pay for .25 cent when its free to ask for it on the phone!! But nobody really answered so wtf!! The food here is ok , nothing different than any other hot chicken place. I was a little turned off by the lady taking our order, she kept picking at her lip or face and then touching the register and if you ordered a drink she was touching the cup. So that turned me off from this location. The inside is small so if you get there at a busy time, you'll have to sit outside.
