Ordered, I believe, was the #4 which was a slider and some fries. Had to travel about 20 minutes to my destination so I understood that my food would likely not still be hot when I arrived. Food was good. It was fresh. The Dave's Sauce I actually prefer over other "chicken" chains sauces. I ordered Medium heat for my slider. As an "older" lady- I don't care for painfully hot, but I do like a good amount of heat. There was zero heat on the medium application. Maybe the wrong sauce was applied? I don't know. Stopped by for an early dinner, and despite the crowd, ordering was fast and efficient. The food arrived shortly after. I went with the chicken sandwich (reaper spice level), fries, and mac and cheese. Everything was hot and fresh. The fries had a satisfying crunch with tasty seasoning, and the mac and cheese was creamy. The sandwich featured a thick, juicy piece of chicken, a soft bun, and plenty of pickles. Always great food! Always a great experience! I went in tonight and I was treated and attended very kindly by Isaac. He took my order and when I said I wanted two number 2s and I realized I messed up and I meant to say two number 1s he was very patient and kind even thought meant he needed to start over. I appreciated that. He was the only one running the counter so shout out to you Issac! He handled everything great! Attending to various folks at once. Food was great I order and it was ready fairly quickly!

Amazing. Spectacular. Well done. The fries were amazing, and the staff worked diligently to hand out my food. Isaac was kind enough to take my order and hand out my food outside. Would come again soon.
