TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Daves is normally solid and 5 stars as usual, but tonight everything just seemed to be made with that extra love and was tasty af. First time I got their shakes as well and the chocolate shake was perfect. Thick but not too thick. Ty for the bomb dinner
Honestly one of the best fried chicken places to visit in Escondido. The service was quick and friendly, the staff worked very diligently towards orders and the food. The inside of the restaurant had ample seating despite not being too big, but this isn't an issue at all because a lot of people eat to-go. It was clean and well-maintained. One caveat is that the spice level tends to run lower than anticipated. I got the mild and medium and didn't really taste a difference in spice. 100,000,000/10!!!! On Memorial Day a holiday! All staff was quick! Kevin my man was so sweet and informative to all customers. Chicken was as always ! Dont forget the Honeyyyy! (Sorry already ate a tender from the Daves's #1)
