poor value. i've ordered a few times between this location and san leandro. i've tried the tenders by themselves and the sandwich. the chicken is usually low quality, especially compared to competitors cane's and chick-fil-a. i could only take one bite of my sandwich during my last visit because it was so rubbery. paid $4 for cold fries with no seasoning. chicken tenders are huge, though - i'll give them that. the seasoning they use on the tenders doesn't have much depth or complexity - it's just heat. at this pr... read more

Lines are extremely long during lunch so I went online to place my order. They charged my account twice, 2 diffrent amounts and then said my order did not go through. So I walked to the restaurant and spoke with a gentleman at the pickup counter, I could barely understand his accent and I showed him the two pending charges and also mentioned I didn receive a order number to pickup my food. As someone who loves chicken and likes trying all types of styles and flavors. I believe that this is not worth trying. I think the flavor of their food is lacking and underwhelming. They had the worst mac and cheese, it was the most bland thing I have ever tasted. The chicken had average flavor. I would not go here again! I did order through their website, it was very easy and quick so the service was great. Other than that, save your money and time.

Made an order yesterday for a large party and realized that they missed part of my order after my friend picked it up on my behalf. My friend asked them to double check to see if they missed anything and was told they got everything. Been calling the whole afternoon yesterday and couldn't get through.
