ORDER TOOK AN HOUR AND TWENTY: We ordered online on a Sunday night. We expected it to be a wait since it is new, but the online order site said it would be ready in about 20 minutes at 7pm. When my husband got there, the line was out the door. That was the line for pick up orders as well as in person ordering. My husband is very patient, so he waited. No drive through. Asked for a refund because the wait was an hour. Not sure the manager did the refund correctly either. Won't be back. Sad.....

Disappointing given all the hype around Dave's Hot Chicken. Food just OK. Medium hot was mild, but Hot hot was way spicy. This is a fast food place with a cool / hip vibe inside, really geared to a teenage / young / hip clientele, of which I don't belong. But I can understand the appeal. Service was really excellent though. A young bunch of staffers... super friendly, and polite, much better than expected. Also taking a star away due to homeless in the parking lot. Terrible service. I had never eaten at a Dave's before, was told there would be a 20 minute wait.... Waited over 40 minutes as they FILLED ON-LINE AND CALL IN ORDERS while ignoring the packed place with tables that had been at least 1hr waiting. Crappy way to run a business. Not sure if they were overwhelmed or just inexperienced but you SERVE TWO TIEMS ON YOUR MENU!!!! Chicken strips and Fries!!!! It shouldn't be that hard! The food is really good but if you are ordering online it's a different experience. I have ordered online twice and had two different experiences not bad. Tonight I waited 30 minutes extra and ended up with an order that had a bunch of things that weren't mine. The only way to address the issue is to just go back in. You could call them but doesn't mean they will pick up, they try to get you to submit online. I told the guy who works there i ordered at 6:30 and the online receipt said -arrive at 7:20. I personally didn't like it all. I ordered spicy and it hardly had spice or flavor. It was greasy. They have one drink station and with the amount of people inside it gets cramped.

Longest wait time ever. Waited for 1.5 hours for food to come out, no warning about the length of wait time whatsoever. Not worth the hype and defiantly not worth the wait. Chicken was over seasoned and we were missing half our order. Could not be more disappointed. After waiting 1.5 hours and not have the sauces and fries..... also frustrating to see the staff messing around when the dinning area is packed with hungry people. Skip this place and go somewhere that won't disappoint.

Waited 2 hours for a chicken sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service in town by far. The place is run by children who clearly have no sense of urgency. The food is good but definitely not worth the wait. This is the 2nd time this has happened so clearly its a regular thing.

2.5 hour wait ? Really? Who is in charge? It was a 1.5 hour wait when ordering (was not aware till 2 hours went by).
