Where my fry at dave's hot chicken? How could u do this to me i also have no pickles like the pain I am in rn is too much i don't even wanna eat this anymore. I wanted my fries but this woman at the register wanted to ruin my day. I'm so heart broken.

We have been here twice and have been disappointed twice. The atmosphere is really bad, it's really ghetto in my opinion, people are standing around and it's really dirty nobody cleans up. The wait was like 30 minutes to get two orders. I do not recommend this place. The food is good, but it's not worth the wait or the atmosphere.

Very disappointing. No cold fountain drinks, no ice. Trash overflowing. Skimpy on the fries. The amount of slaw on the slider was maybe a half spoonful. Cheap! And I don't think their pickles are very good. $30 for two? Not close to satisfied. Sadly, I'd take KFC over Dave's HC. I like KFC's pickles better. Bathroom trashy but not a disaster. I had put my order in at 3:20 and requested that it be ready by 4:15 . They did not have it ready until 4:38! The horrible part is when it was ready they just put it to the side without calling anyone's name When there's a multitude of people I had to walk up there ask for my order to see that it was ready at 4:38 and I was finally getting it at 4:50 The food was old when I got it the cheese was crusty I do not recommend

Waited almost an hour for 2 meals. Got medium flavor chicken wasn't even good, too much seasoning.

Longest wait of all time to get my food. 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was worse than going to the DMV. I thought that I was going to die of starvation while I was waiting. The food was good and the staff was friendly so I added a star for that.

ORDER TOOK AN HOUR AND TWENTY: We ordered online on a Sunday night. We expected it to be a wait since it is new, but the online order site said it would be ready in about 20 minutes at 7pm. When my husband got there, the line was out the door. That was the line for pick up orders as well as in person ordering. My husband is very patient, so he waited. No drive through. Asked for a refund because the wait was an hour. Not sure the manager did the refund correctly either. Won't be back. Sad.....

Disappointing given all the hype around Dave's Hot Chicken. Food just OK. Medium hot was mild, but Hot hot was way spicy. This is a fast food place with a cool / hip vibe inside, really geared to a teenage / young / hip clientele, of which I don't belong. But I can understand the appeal.
