First visit I ordered the Reaper because I read another review which stated it was not hot. Well let me tell you it was hot the chicken tender is good size but it was dipped with a lot of chili powder which is probably why it's called the Reaper. I did not enjoy it at all, the fries and mac & cheese are good. Customer service was excellent a very nice young man helped us. If you visit I suggest you do not order the reaper, I like hot like habanero but the Reaper seasoning was not good. I bet the hot spice is better.

Meh. This place ain't it. I don't understand the long lines and waits. But then I looked around, it's wps.

Pretty good. I wish I could give a 3 and a half rating. The food was pretty good. The medium was HOT- almost unbearable (and I can handle spicy)! The Mac & cheese is really good. The fries were just okay. My biggest issue was with the staff and restaurant itself. It was FILTHY- trash piled up, employees walking past dirty tables and overflowing trash cans. It just seemed like no one cares. Luckily the food was good enough I will give it another go. I just hope that the kitchen doesn't look like how the dining room did.

I had a Dave's #3 combo ($12.99) with medium spice and a large vanilla shake ($4.99). The combo came with one slider and one tender plus fries. It was supposed to include kale slaw but didn't. The shake was so-so, too sweet. The chicken was OK. If I went back, I'd pick a less spicy option -- but I doubt I'll go back. It's nothing special.

We went to Dave's when it first opened and have been back several times. While the chicken hasn't changed, still a 10 out of 10, the place isn't being maintained. Today as well as the last few trips, the restrooms are very dirty. Trash on the floor, dirty toilet and sink and no soap. We saw a cook use this restroom and then go right back into the kitchen. they have the wo customer service ask for cheese fries didn't come with cheese then bought extra cheese and didn't come with it and then gave a quarter full thing of cheese not only has this happened once every time I go so not going anymore!!!! I was pretty disappointed in this place after hearing all the hype surrounding it. The chicken had so much spice rub on it I was crunching on the spices and not the fried chicken itself. I had medium and I thought the heat level was fine. The fries were just generic crinkle cut with some generic seasoning. The price was pretty steep for what I got. Can't really recommend this place.

Where my fry at dave's hot chicken? How could u do this to me i also have no pickles like the pain I am in rn is too much i don't even wanna eat this anymore. I wanted my fries but this woman at the register wanted to ruin my day. I'm so heart broken.
