Good always takes FOREVER. However, I don't blame the employees attitude as the AC has been broken for a while now. I've been here twice in the last 2 months and it's ALWAYS blazing hot. Not fair to the staff there and not fair to the paying customers. Unfortunately never returning here. I gave it a second chance after trying it in Irvine, CA but if management does not care about the AC I cannot imagine what else they don't care about. Please fix the AC. Thanks.

This is my second visit and It was ok for my first try and now my 12 years old asked me to go to Dave's chicken and I indulged him. He was ok with his food and both of us are complaining the chicken look so burn it's so dark! This is the darkest fried chicken we've tried. So sad that they failed at making a great fried chicken! I got the medium and the flavor was overwhelming but not in a good way. It was drenched in a seasoning. Will not be returning.

Need More staff, orders take too long. One person at your counter and they need to expedite orders too?? Manager not present. If you "get" that, hire more staff, I don't want to be waiting forever on the next takeout.
