Service was good. Food was tasty, I wasn't aware the fry's had seasoning. I think that's a little much with chicken that already spicy. Chicken was tasty and fresh. The bread was soft.

I came back again because my kids like the spicy chicken, I don't like their chicken it's so salty but I was disgusted and disappointed this establishment is asking a tip ? WTF ! The percentage is like your in the restaurant. No option not to give. I understand this staff are underpaid but why the customers are obligated to tip ? What's the difference between McDonald's, in and out, Arby's and other same service but they are not asking for tips. Almost no customers. 4-5 staff, and we all still waited over 30 minutes for our orders. They weren't busy, just had ineffective staff

Everything, terrible service waited an hour almost an hour. Hopefully the food can make up for the terrible service and horrible surroundings.

Horrible atmosphere. Bathrooms are dirty, lock is messed up and does not work properly. Towel dispenser was not loaded. There was no soap in dispenser and the worker was rude when asked questions. Like if sweeping the dining room was the most of her worries. When everything is not up to par in store. Hopefully the food is not horrible. The woman taking orders was friendly and had a great attitude maybe the only thing going good in this place. Heard great things but it's not looking good so far. The food is good , i come here every 2 weeks if i want a chicken sandwich. I came in today and service was horrible, the food took almost an hour to be served considering i placed ahead like 30 mins before i arrived. And then to add on the person packing the food forgot my fries and did not want to give us sauce . Yea idk about this location anymore .

So I went in yesterday at 6:36 pm I asked for 2 different spices in sandwiches they usually put stickers on them so you know which one is which, I got mild and medium and let me tell you regardless of them NOT putting the sticker It was extremely extremely hot burned my babies mouth. I had Kari B take my order and she was super nice and chill. I ended up coming back to place a second order, and while I was waiting for her to finish helping other customers, a heavy-set lady came out and started correcting Kari loudly in front of myself and about four other people. Honestly, she could've easily pulled Kari aside in the back to talk to her instead of calling her out in front of customers. Good always takes FOREVER. However, I don't blame the employees attitude as the AC has been broken for a while now. I've been here twice in the last 2 months and it's ALWAYS blazing hot. Not fair to the staff there and not fair to the paying customers. Unfortunately never returning here. I gave it a second chance after trying it in Irvine, CA but if management does not care about the AC I cannot imagine what else they don't care about. Please fix the AC. Thanks.
