Great service, and the food is delicious, definitely going back soon!
Pretty cool spot , chicken is pretty tasty. Recommend if you want something different in Tucson.

Better staffing because it's highly understaffed at times which can be annoying but worth the wait every single time the food is amazing 10/10. The mascot on the wall and the giant graffiti themed Az is dope especially for a chain it makes it more unique to its location. There's a bunch of cool little things around the restaurant that grabs your attention each visit. The staff are friendlier then most of the other store in town always polite and attentive which elevates the experience even more.
The food is great! I've been several times and the food is always just what I need. The staff are also very friendly and willing to help! The atmosphere is fun and the paintings on the wall are worth seeing.
I think dave needs to work on his chicken bc it tastes like im eating "Comet" and chicken tg.

Every time I come to this place there is always a problem. Understaffed-soda machine broken-out of this or that. Always hot during the day like uncomfortably hot it's a building that is 90% windows. Here is a good idea let's eat fried chicken in the middle of summer well sitting in a hot room with the sun beating down on you. Also the spice levels are inconsistent. Not impressed 3rd trip in a row that I have had problems. Could be good but too much inconsistency. And it seems like an all the time thing

As a fellow fast food worker it is our duty to serve every hungry customer no matter the hour I came in 15 minutes before close and they refused to take my order which is just disrespectful and wrong and I will never be coming back here again.

I came back again because my kids like the spicy chicken, I don't like their chicken it's so salty but I was disgusted and disappointed this establishment is asking a tip ? WTF ! The percentage is like your in the restaurant. No option not to give. I understand this staff are underpaid but why the customers are obligated to tip ? What's the difference between McDonald's, in and out, Arby's and other same service but they are not asking for tips. Almost no customers. 4-5 staff, and we all still waited over 30 minutes for our orders. They weren't busy, just had ineffective staff
