This place has the worst drive through. Dont waste your time it will take 30 min just to get your order. I waiting 30 min in the drive through this evening. I dont see how this place will stay open.

I'm sad to leave a 1-star review. I actually think Dave's is delicious and excellent quality. HOWEVER after visiting the first time and loving the vegetarian cauliflower sandwich, I've never been able to get it again. The employees always tell us they have "run out" of cauliflower. However, I'm beginning to wonder if they are just lazy...

It really was unkept They really need to keep up with that Service was slow getting our food The young man at the register was nice and cordial. And last but not least we ordered the 10-piece chicken nuggets The white bread underneath is weird but it was kind of flavorless like you can get the spice but it wasn't all that I had hoped for

It's a great concept and a cool edgy decor but each time I go (Chicago market, and Tucson) there is an inordinate wait time.

Dave's Hot Chicken has some delicious food. Their tenders and sandwiches always pack flavor. Unfortunately, their tasty food is shadowed by un satisfactory wait times and proper staffing. When it first opened, the food was fast and staff was present. In my most recent visits, for the past two months or so, they have one staff person at the counter and one cook. There's always a long line of people and an order takes up to 30 mins. I'm not even exaggerating. At this point it should not be a fast casual restaurant. What gives?

I got horrible food poisoning here and I will never go back, DO NOT EAT HERE , pretty sure i saw someone come out of the restroom without washing hands and went right back to cooking.

Dave's hot chicken on Costco drive gets a horrible revi from me. I've Ben there twice once on a weekday after work and on Saturday about 1pm. while the food is good their service is horrible. Being a new customer I went inside both visits so I could take my time familiarizing myself with their menu. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE! Ate here a few times and each time I was pissing out my ass the morning after food wasn't even that good
The wait time is actually insane. Good food, but they need to do something about the wait time.
