Went there today for lunch around 145pm and there was no line at all and plenty of seats inside. I got the #3 hot, shoulda went for the extra hot because the hot wasn't hot at all. Chicken was hot, fresh, crispy and perfectly seasoned and so was the fries and unlike Raising Cane's you can ask for extra Dave's sauce with no additional charge and don't forget the honey to drizzle over the chicken. I will definitely coming back. Btw, for only a $1 more skip the #3 and just order the #2 that has 2 sliders.
Ordered ahead for takeout. Was ready before we got there. I will say, this is not comparable to the glory days of Pop's Hot Chicken food truck - but it is the best hot chicken sandwich Tucson's currently got. The chicken is juicy and crispy, the slaw is OK, pickles are good, and they give you extra sauce. It was $17 for two sliders (no drink, 20% tip). Eating these like a hotdog is the best way to do it, because of how the chicken is shaped, but you don't get everything each bite. I think I could go up to extra hot next time... read more

Almost no customers. 4-5 staff, and we all still waited over 30 minutes for our orders. They weren't busy, just had ineffective staff

Everything, terrible service waited an hour almost an hour. Hopefully the food can make up for the terrible service and horrible surroundings.

Horrible atmosphere. Bathrooms are dirty, lock is messed up and does not work properly. Towel dispenser was not loaded. There was no soap in dispenser and the worker was rude when asked questions. Like if sweeping the dining room was the most of her worries. When everything is not up to par in store. Hopefully the food is not horrible. The woman taking orders was friendly and had a great attitude maybe the only thing going good in this place. Heard great things but it's not looking good so far. The food is good , i come here every 2 weeks if i want a chicken sandwich. I came in today and service was horrible, the food took almost an hour to be served considering i placed ahead like 30 mins before i arrived. And then to add on the person packing the food forgot my fries and did not want to give us sauce . Yea idk about this location anymore .

So I went in yesterday at 6:36 pm I asked for 2 different spices in sandwiches they usually put stickers on them so you know which one is which, I got mild and medium and let me tell you regardless of them NOT putting the sticker It was extremely extremely hot burned my babies mouth. I had Kari B take my order and she was super nice and chill. I ended up coming back to place a second order, and while I was waiting for her to finish helping other customers, a heavy-set lady came out and started correcting Kari loudly in front of myself and about four other people. Honestly, she could've easily pulled Kari aside in the back to talk to her instead of calling her out in front of customers.
